Maura likes to meditate very often. In those moments she becomes the serenity of a calm sea, the calming glow of a full moon. Jane used to look at her from the other room. She felt a little bit embarrased to say at least. Admit the sense of surrender she experienced with the simple act of observing Maura? No. She can’t afford to lose control like that. She’d never felt so vulnerable towards other person. And even though they have been together for a while, Jane still kept thing to herself.
But during the very last stages of Maura pregnancy, something changed. Jane didn’t care anymore. She helplessly surrendered to all those emotions and that was the best thing to ever happened to her. It just made her love Maura even more than the minute before. Standing right next to Maura and watching her in that mesmerizing phase becomes Jane’s favorite thing.

Jane Rizzoli has very simple, traditional ideas about date night.

Can we please appreciate the awesomeness of this scene? Frost faints and drops to the floor. Normally people would rush to his side checking if he’s ok, but Jane just keeps standing there and is laughing her ass off.
This is by far my favorite scene of the episode. I laughed so hard at this.
